Delicate original oil on glass painting of Howard Stern 11x14 with frame painted in 2006 for a contest Howard was having for video submissions. I thought if I include this painting, I could perhaps garner some positive attention, exposure.

I just couldn't finish it in time to post by deadline, so here it is. The importance for this painting is I started with a fantastic picture of Howard, that made it easy. From there is's layered on glass.

I painted his eyes on the back layer of glass, so it's the same effect of looking through someone's glasses then their eye. I also painted the black off the jacket on the back of the glass, it shows even more black that way. 

The blue in the hair, pops with the red and yellow.
